Sparkling H is natural, but very technological product derived from specially processed Swiss chasselas wine craftily merged with cold infused fresh Swiss cannabis plants. Our wine and cannabis are carefully grown on the beatiful hills of Geneva lake in Switzerland, where it locally processed in sustainable way to bring our customers very unique and special experience. Chasselas has an affinity for beautiful places, here in Perroy, canton Vaud, in autumn, overlooking lake Geneva terroir is more than the soil where a grapevine is planted: it is the mix of light and air, soil and water, climatic conditions in general.

A short drive through Switzerland makes it quickly apparent why a grape such as Chasselas, very sensitive to its terroir, can have so many different profiles.
In Switzerland, Chasselas is most important white wine variety and makes up over a and makes up over a quarter of the country’s vineyards. According to it's genetic profile, chasselas grape variety originating in western Switzerland.
But currently, it's cultivating all around the globe from Canada and China to New Zealand and Chile. Within Switzerland there are several varieties of Chasselas, all close cousins, so the precise variety is rarely mentioned.
Swiss Chasselas captures its terroir and in the glass it reflects the beauty of summer. It is gentle and crisp through to full body delicate floral wines. The grape first appears in historical documents in the 16th century, and its origins were long debated, with Egypt and Turkey mentioned as possible homes until 2009.
Chasselas was the focus of a geneological study by Swiss biologist and DNA specialist José Vouillamoz at the University of Neuchatel, on the lab and capacity of the Swiss federal Agroscope Changins-Wädenswil ACW research station in Conthey, Valais.
J. Vouillamoz and C. Arnold published the results of their research, showing definitively that the grape originated in the Lake Geneva region between Italy, France and Switzerland, almost certainly in canton Vaud.
Chasselas spread, through numerous mutations and carrying a number of different names. It is known as Gutadel in German-speaking Switzerland under the synonyms as Gentil blanc, Gentil vert, Golden Bordeaux, Golden Chasselas, Chasselas Vert de la Cote and Royal Muscadine.

Sparkling H is ideal as apero or party drink drink. With it's unique taste it will much a lot of food selections and almost any social occasion by bringing fun and enlightenment to your day. The product has novel combination of sweetness and bitterness and it will definitely amuse you taste buds.

Palate – a hint of spritz, a dash of bitterness, fresh crisp acidity and a rich mouth- feel make Sparkling H a well polished, harmonious drinking pleasure.
The ideal temperature to serve H Sparkling is 8-10°C. If you need to store the bottle in the fridge, let it warm up for a few minutes on the counter before serving. Below that temperature the wine is too cold making aromas harder to detect. Store in a cool (12°C is ideal, and cooler is fine), dark (wine and champagnes are subject to “light poisoning”), humid place.
We can't compare it to any other products on the market: it's not a champagne, nor a wine, not a wine cocktail, nor a typical cannabis drink... It's something one of a king and unique - pure 750ml of euphoria, or as we call it H-Phoria.
