Great experience at Swiss Food Research with Dr. Peter Braun, CEO of Swiss Food Research and Prof. Michael Kleinert, Director & lecturer at the Zurich University of applied sciences. Very productive discussions and interesting people to meet. 

Swiss Food Research, an association for the promotion of research and innovation in the food and food related sectors, is a network of Swiss academic institutions, which was established in order to enhance the competitiveness of the Swiss food industry and its suppliers. It forms the link between companies and research institutions. Their job is to reunite the best business practice with R&D projects, mitigate risks  and to create the optimal conditions that will enable the companies to market an innovative products or technology as quickly and as cost-effectively as possible.
